D. James Duplechin
James Duplechin has vast knowledge and experience in Social Security Disability Law having represented thousands of Social Security Disability and SSI claimants before the Social Security Administration over the past 28 years.
James has successfully helped thousands of claimants and fellow veterans navigate the complex Social Security Disability process having handled all phases of the disability claim from the initial application to the Hearing level and through the Appellate process. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants‘ Representatives (NOSSCR).
James is a veteran of the United States Air Force having honorably served with the 8th Tactical Fighter Wing at Kunsan Air Base, South Korea and Headquarters USAF Tactical Air Warfare Center at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
After completing his military service, James attended law school on the GI Bill where he received his Juris Doctor degree and has been a licensed practicing attorney since 1997.
